Refund policy
Sawoice does not offer a voluntary refund window. This policy preserves non-waivable rights and explains the separate cancellation step.
Legal and grievance identity
Operator of Sawoice at sawoice.com. Public legal, privacy, grievance, and customer-care contact is email-only.
SAWANT CORE LLP does not offer a voluntary or no-questions-asked refund window for Sawoice. This statement does not waive or restrict any cooling-off, withdrawal, defective-digital-content, statutory guarantee, or other mandatory right.
Submit a refund or billing request through Polar's buyer-support workflow or contact support@sawoice.com so Sawoice support can help route the case. Polar may issue a refund under its Buyer Terms, chargeback-prevention rules, card-network requirements, or applicable law.
Refunds are returned through Polar and the original payment rail. SAWANT CORE LLP does not pay refunds directly.
Where law grants a non-waivable withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or damages remedy, that right continues to apply. Eligibility and evidence can depend on location, purchase type, whether digital performance began, and the reason for the request.
A full or partial refund does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Cancel recurring billing separately through Manage billing. Unless law or an immediate revocation event requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Contact Polar or Sawoice support first so a billing error can be investigated. This does not remove chargeback rights provided by a card issuer or mandatory consumer remedies. Fraudulent or abusive claims may be contested using content-free account, entitlement, and normalized transaction evidence.
